I’ve been ordering from them for years, i kind of expect a company to take care of loyal customers a little better. The service is fine, but there still aren’t any real loyalty deals or perks that make me feel like sticking with them has paid off

As someone who’s impatient when I’m waiting to see results, I was hoping it would kick in faster. It did eventually show up after a few weeks, but it definitely wasn’t quick

I had a really rough time trying to get either a refund or a replacement. The replies were slow, and I kept getting passed from one person to another without any clear answer. It felt like they were just hoping I’d give up. Really not the experience I expected at all.

It’s super frustrating when you just need a simple answer and they act like a bunch of clowns ignoring you. I wouldn’t order from them again unless they seriously get their customer service together

I actually like the product itself, but the subscription side of things was annoying. It renewed before I even realized it, and trying to cancel was not as straightforward as it should’ve been. Tried this with my dog and he was not a fan of the taste at all. After the second try, he ended up with loose stool, so we stopped giving it to him. Of course, the timing was awful because we were heading into a busy week and really didn’t need stomach issues on top of everything else.
